Customer Satisfaction:
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase simply return the item within 7 working days of the date of delivery. Providing the goods are returned in original condition with all packaging we will issue a full refund (excluding original delivery charges), or exchange the item for a different size if preferred.
Items Dispatched in Error:
In the event that an item is dispatched in error through no fault of the customer, you should contact us within 7 working days of the date of delivery. We will then provide details of how to proceed with the return, and offer the choice (subject to availability) of a replacement item or refund.
Faulty Items:
Box Clothing makes every effort to ensure all goods are of satisfactory quality and comply with the Sale and Supply of Goods to Consumers Regulations 2002. If the item you receive is faulty, you should contact us within 30 days of the date of delivery. We will then provide details of how to proceed with the return, and offer the choice (subject to availability) of a replacement item or refund.
Exceptions:
Some products are non returnable. These are clearly indicated on your delivery note.
